How do I get further details about an item?

How do I order an item?

To order an item click on the "Order this product or get more information" link under the price in the top section of the item description. Please say where you are from so that we can determine the postage or freight cost. And tell us whether you want insurance.

We will acknowledge your enquiry within 24 hours and if you have provided your shipping address we will let you know what the postage or freight cost will be.

Nautical Style is currently not registered for GST so there is no GST charged on Australian orders.

Why can't I order online?

We are working towards making nauticalstyle.com.au an fully functional eCommerce website with a shopping cart and online payment facilities. However, given that each item we offer for sale is unique and can be ordered from anywhere in the world, it is difficult to find a freight cost calculator that can determine the postage/freight/shipping cost at the checkout. And things are further complicated by insurance.

So, as soon as we find a freight cost calculator that meets our needs we will upgrade the site for eCommerce

Are items insured for loss or damage in transit?

We will tell you if there is a predetermined amount of insurance coverage included in the cost of the postage, freight or shipping. If you require additional insurance you must ask us at the time you send us your order enquiry.

Do your prices include the Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

We are currently not registered for GST so there is no GST charged on Australian orders.

We will issue a normal invoice or receipt on payment but we cannot issue a Tax Invoice

How can I pay for something I've ordered?

We are working towards making nauticalstyle.com.au an fully functional eCommerce website with online payment facilities. In the mean time we will process your order enquiry manually and accept payment via PayPal or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

We will tell you what our PayPal and bank account details are when we respond to your order enquiry.

Can I return an item if it's damaged or I just don't like it?
