This is an antique, heavy duty, twin shear Internal Bound type block with woden cheaks and wooden sheaves (pulley wheels). The associated lifting gear consists of heavy iron shackles. The block itself is 45 x 19 x 15.7 cm (17¾" x 7½" x 6¼"). Overall length, with the shackles, is about 82 cm (32"). Total weight is 14.3 kg |
