This is a genuine Japanese green glass fishing float with netting made from hemp or similar natural rope.
The 30 cm (13") diameter hand-blown glass sphere has been sealed with a large 'button' of melted glass. A second, smaller, button includes a Japanese Kanji character.
The glass is in perfect original condition.
The diameter of the glass sphere is approximately 30 cm (12"). Overall diameter is 32.5 cm. NOTE: THE DIAMETER USED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF OUR FISHING FLOATS IS FOR THE GLASS/PLASTIC SPHERE. THE ROPE NETTING CAN ADD UP TO 2.5 CM. |
