ORDERING

To order an item, click on the "Enquire about ordering this product" link under the item thumbnail image. Please say where you are from so that we can provide a quote for the postage or freight.

We will acknowledge your enquiry within 24 hours and if you have provided your shipping address we will let you know what the postage or freight cost will be.

Nautical Style is currently not registered for GST so there is no GST charged on Australian orders.

We are working towards making nauticalstyle.com.au an fully functional eCommerce website with a shopping cart and online payment facilities. However, given that each item we offer for sale is unique, there are many variables that have to be taken into account when determining the postage, freight or shipping cost at the checkout.

The website is based on the X-Cart eCommerce platform which is fully capable of implementing shopping cart and payment facilities.

We are currently not registered for GST so there is no GST charged on Australian orders.

We will issue a normal invoice, or receipt, on payment but we cannot issue a Tax Invoice.

We are working towards making nauticalstyle.com.au an fully functional eCommerce website with online payment facilities. In the mean time we will process your order enquiry manually and accept payment via PayPal or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Our PayPal and bank account details will be included on your invoice.

SHIPPING

We ship to most countries. Please make sure you include your destination country and postal code in your enquiry so that we can provide a quote.
We will tell you if there is a predetermined amount of insurance coverage included in the cost of the postage, freight or shipping. Typically, each service provider will have a different level of insurance included with the type of service quoted. We will generally quote to include insurance equivalent to the purchase price of the item.
We do not charge for packing and handling unless specialised packing materials are required, e.g. custom made boxes or crates.
